HOW TO INSTALL FROM THIS TARBALL

1) extract the tarball

Stuffit Expander may have already been launched automatically when downloading

otherwise use the command line utility 'tar' ...

$ tar xv -f Asterisk-1.0.7-OSX-build-BETA.3.tar

2) copy all the files to /tmp

$ cd Asterisk-1.0.7-OSX-build-BETA.3
$ cp *.* /tmp/.

3) run the installation script

$ cd /tmp
$ sudo ./install_asterisk.sh clean

or

$ sudo ./install_asterisk.sh upgrade

for more information run the shell script with option help

$ ./install_asterisk.sh help
