Licensing
The STS Dialing Code Database & Library is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) Version 2. For projects and software products for which the terms of the GPL license are not suitable, alternative licensing is available from Sunrise Telephone Systems Ltd. upon request.
Prerequisites
- The AppleScript Studio library requires AppleScript Studio.
- Objective-C libraries require Cocoa.
Release
All libraries are made available as source code.
Overview
The STS ITU Dialing Code Database & Library consists of:
- a database of dialing codes for 228 countries in XML property list format
- a library to access and query the dialing code database from Objective-C/Cocoa
- a library for evaluating and formatting telephone numbers in Objective-C/Cocoa
